Regelmäßige Praxis

Durch eine regelmäßige Yogapraxis wird auch die Durchblutung verbessert, wovon dein Baby sehr profitiert. Bei zu wenig Bewegung erschlafft die Muskulatur, verkürzt und verspannt sich. In Folge kommt es zu eingeschränkten Bewegungsabläufen, Schmerzen und Verspannungen.

Gerne übe ich mit dir Entspannungsmethoden, die du auch während deiner Geburt praktizieren kannst. Auch kleine Meditationen können wir in die Praxis integrieren. Ich gehe gezielt auf individuelle Fragen und Probleme ein – wir erarbeiten gemeinsam eine auf dich persönlich zugeschnittene Praxis.

Regelmässige Yogapraxis unterstützt dich in dieser wertvollen Zeit und lässt dich diese bewusst erleben.

In der Schwangerschaft lindert Yoga viele Beschwerden und bereitet optimal auf die Geburt und die Zeit danach vor.

Deine persönliche Home-Praxis

Ich erarbeite mit dir gemeinsam eine Home-Praxis, die du ganz einfach zuhause umsetzen kannst. Damit du dich zuhause daran erinnerst, erhälst du alles natürlich schriftlich von mir.

Wie oft sollst du zu mir kommen?

Wieviele Privatstunden du haben möchtest, entscheidest du. Auch nach einer Stunde kann ich dir schon viel mitgeben. Wenn du aber regelmässige Stunden mit mir möchtest, können wir dies auch gerne machen. Wöchentlich, alle 2 Wochen oder Monatlich – das kannst du dir aussuchen.

Wo findet die Stunde statt

Ich habe im 6. Bezirk in der Gumpendorferstrasse 132/8 wunderschöne Yogaräume. Wenn du möchtest, komme ich aber auch zu dir nach Hause.
